Air Operations Administrative Officer
(based in Makati City)
MAIN TASKS
· Check coherence of received invoices with aircraft contracts (price, quantity, service deliveries, etc)
· Ensure monthly statistics are updated and that amounts in the invoice matches.
· Analyse discrepancies and report findings to concerned Air Operations (AirOps) unit
· Manage air operation management system (software)
· Collect information for invoicing to third party
· Prepare draft invoice for third party with shared contracts with ICRC
· Ensure payments are done correctly and on time
· Manage external and internal correspondence
REQUIRED PROFILE
· University Degree (business-related); CPA is a strong advantage.
· Have at least four (4) years working experience in a large organization of a related field
· Familiarity with air operations is an advantage
· Knowledge of accounts payable accounting
· Knowledge of any air operation management tool is an advantage
· Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of French is a plus
· Very good computer skills, MS Excel Specialist (MOS) level
· Rigorous, autonomous & trustworthy
