Procurement Administrative Officer
(based in Makati City)
MAIN TASKS
· Identify and properly channel non-supply chain invoices
· Amend purchase orders (PO) in the system when required to enable voucher match
· Analyse PO and invoice discrepancies and report to concerned buyer
· Monitor goods received without invoices and follow-up with suppliers
· Participate in monthly reconciliation of purchases payments
· Document issues that arise during the process and suggest improvements
REQUIRED PROFILE
· University Degree (business-related)
· Have at least two (2) years working experience in a large organization of a related field
· Experience in ERP Systems (Purchasing or Accounts Payable)
· Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of French is a plus
· Very good computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel
· Rigorous, autonomous & trustworthy
