The Learning and Development Division is offering 1 year full time paid traineeship to develop, upgrade & adapt the Learning & Development offer related to Human Resources processes, tools and system. This will be done in accordance with the institutional blended learning approach, gradually introducing e-learning methods & tools.
The trainee will work under the supervision of a Techno-pedagogical Engineer.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning modules
- Design templates for the production of learning resources (eg: learner guide)
- Produce user manuals for internal producers and participants
- Produce graphical assets to be used in learning resources
- Contribute to the standardization of internal digital resources
- Support the review and testing of learning resources
- Contribute to deployment of training evaluation framework and tools
- Support forums and communities of practice
- Provide technological support to the LnD Division
Required background:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Pedagogical Studies and Education Sciences, or relevant (on-going or completed)
- Strong knowledge of adult-learning or interest
- Specialisation in multimedia distance learning or instructional desig
- Very good knowledge of distance learning tools and technologies (such as Mohive, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Familiarity with photo/image editing and/or creation (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of web environment (HTML, CSS) an asset
Desired skills and profile:
- Understanding of adult training, digital learning resources design and production
- Ability to identify and use all necessary resources to deliver efficiently
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (French and English language; Spanish desirable)
- Good interpersonal skills, intercultural sensitivity
- Capacity to appropriate new work and learning tools
- Interest in innovative tools for training
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to manage priorities and to work to tight deadlines
- Initiative and creativity
- Interest in humanitarian work
