Join the Logistics team of an international humanitarian organization. The ICRC delegation in the Philippines is hiring for a:

Logistics Officer – Cash Transfer Specialist

(based in Makati)

MAIN TASKS

  • In charge of logistical / administrative aspects of cash programs in the Philippines
  • In charge of Purchase Order (PO) filing / archiving: collection, checking and reporting
  • Ensures that ICRC PO filing standard procedures are known and followed
  • Back-up of the Customer Service Desk activities

QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 2 years humanitarian work experience in cash program activities
  • Have honesty, integrity, good team management, communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Have knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications (preferably JDE - Oracle)
  • Have a high degree of ability to adapt to evolving conditions and is ready to travel regularly within area of coverage
